Features of Clinical and Hormonal Parameters at Women With Regular Menstrual Cycles and Polycystic Ovaries

Abstract: It was a comparative analysis of clinical and hormonal parameters in women with normalmenstrual cycles and cystic degenerate ovaries, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients andhealthy women. There were no significant differences in the content of testosterone, estradiol,dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, 17-OH progesterone, prolactin and sex hormone binding globulinin the blood serum of healthy women and women with cystic degenerate ovaries.
