Features of Herd Immunity Against Hepatitis B (HBV) in the Territory of Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Russian Federation

Abstract: There is new data on the prevalence and characteristics of population immunity against HBV among the indigenous population of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of the Russian Federation. HBV infection in the risk group is significantly higher than in the normal population, in patients with type 2 diabetes, there is a high parenteral infection of HBV, HCV and HBV + HCV (71,5%, 10,8% and 7,5% respectively).
