Features of IntracraniaI Aneurysms in Infants and Report of a Case

Abstract: SUMMARY An 11‐month‐old girl presented with seizures, papilledema and a left hemiparesis. Radiographic examination revealed a saccular right middle cerebral‐artery aneurysm. Clipping was performed 16 days after admission. At follow‐up a year later there was no residual neurological deficit. Aneurysms occurring in infants are relatively large and more peripheral in location compared with adults, and frequently are accompanied by seizures.
