Abstract:In this article, the authors consider the issues of using coal as one of the main sources of thermal energy when hiding criminal corpses by burning. It has been established that it is impossible to reproduce the conditions of a crematorium under domestic conditions, and therefore, in order to destroy a corpse, a criminal needs access to a heat source on an industrial scale.
