Features of the breakage drops low boiling dispersed phase in gradient flow near the heated surface

Abstract: The mechanisms of the formation of vapor bubbles of a critical size in deformable droplets of the dispersed phase in liquid emulsion been studied. The model is proposed breakup of the droplets in gradient flow of the emulsion near the surface heating under the combined action of viscous shear stresses and thermal overload. Was the dependence of the heat flux density at boiling of dispersed drops of low-temperature liquid phase in a gradient flow of the emulsion near hard surface. Comparison with the data of ex… Show more

“…Thus, if Re > 10000, when the flow is turbulent, the basic mechanisms of transfer processes are related to the fundamentally different, whirling motion. The change of the general physical conditions leads to the other model representations, which cannot correspond to the theoretical equation of motion (1). Therefore, the dimensionless equation (4) (6) and (7) gives in this case C = 0.16/Re 0.75 , suggesting an inadequacy of the model (4) to character of physical processes, which were represented by the data of the experiments.…”

“…A variety of mechanisms of the basic physical phenomena (MВPP), which form the complex physical processes in unstable emulsions, complicates a specification of the general mathematical models and interpretation of the results. The lack of theoretical models also complicates the analysis of empirical data and identification of the mechanisms of complex physical phenomena [1,2].…”
