Features of the course of modern rheumatism

Abstract: The case histories of 360 patients with rheumatism were analyzed. Variants of the clinical course of primary and recurrent rheumatism are described. In view of the high frequency of latent and oligosymptomatic rheumatism, attention is drawn to the difficulties in diagnosing primary rheumatism proceeding according to the cardiac type, which is often the reason for its late diagnosis.
