Femoral segment graft is a suitable alternative to stabilize pelvic osteotomies in developmental dysplasia of the hip

Abstract: The aim of this study was to compare bone healing in pelvic osteotomy patients with osteotomy gaps filled with a femoral segment resected (FSR) graft with bone healing in patients with an iliac tricortical autograft (ITA) in treatment of developmental dysplasia of the hip.
