Femtosecond laser microchannels fabrication based on electrons dynamics control using temporally or spatially shaped pulses

Abstract: With ultrashort pulse durations and ultrahigh power densities, femtosecond laser presents unique advantages of high precision and high quality fabrication of microchannels in transparent materials.
