Abstract:Objective: The aim of this case series is to report feasibility, efficiency, and safety of fenestrated physician-modified endografts (PMEGs) in aortic arch pathologies with aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) and/or Kommerell’s diverticulum (KD).
