“…This is a rare finding in children but frequently observed (80.8%) in our untreated patients with HH. In a case report, Woodruff et al reported that a patient with testicular torsion and absent blood flow on Doppler was rescued on conservative management, and it was found that blood flow recovered with time (18). It remains questionable whether we can apply our findings to other scrotal disorders, and it needs further research.…”
