We investigate ultracold collisions in a mixture of 6 Li and 53 Cr fermionic atoms by exploring six different Li-Cr spin channels via loss spectroscopy. We pinpoint more than 50 interspecies Feshbach resonances comprised between 0 and 1500 Gauss, to which we unambiguously assign a complete set of quantum numbers based on full coupled-channel calculations. Our work provides a thorough characterization of 6 Li-53 Cr scattering properties and yields predictions for other isotopic pairs, paving the way to future few-and many-body studies with quantum mixtures of alkali and transition metal atoms. Additionally, our study lays the ground for the production of a new class of ultracold polar molecules possessing both electric and magnetic dipole moments.
