“…To date, the use of BPP in the setting of high-risk twin pregnancy is limited. Lodeiro et al (1986) previously suggested that BPP could be used in twin pregnancies as a follow-up to a non-reactive CTG. In our study, biophysical profile alone accurately evaluated the probability of inadequate oxygenation in all cases, as evidenced by the mean cord ph values.…”
