Fetal ductal constriction caused by SSRI: A case report

Abstract:A 31‐week fetus was diagnosed with premature ductal constriction due to maternal treatment with sertraline. An emergent Cesarean section was performed at 32 gestational weeks. The baby was born in a severely depressed condition, with supra‐systemic pulmonary hypertension, requiring intubation, mechanical ventilation, and milrinone infusion.
