Fetomaternal Hemorrhage and Choriocarcinoma

Abstract: Background: This case describes chronic anemia of a late preterm infant secondary to maternal–fetal hemorrhage and subsequent findings of maternal choriocarcinoma. Clinical Findings: This infant was born at 35 6/7 weeks gestational age via cesarean section for non-reassuring fetal heart tones.
