Abstract: The paper presents the results of a study of the effect of alcohol solvents on the surface structure, optical and electrical characteristics of a Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate filmsannealed at a low atmospheric pressure of 10-3millimetersof mercury.
