Abstract:Introduction: traumatic fibroma is a benign tumor that develops as an inflammatory response to an injury or trauma to the affected area. It usually appears in the oral cavity, usually on the tongue, jugal mucosa and lips, without discriminating between genders or ages. It presents clinically in a round or oval shape, of firm consistency of light pink color, variable size, usually less than 1 cm. Its diagnosis is clinical and histopathological.
