Fibrosarcoma of the mediastinum

Abstract: Fibrosarcoma is a rare primary malignant tumor of the mediastinum. Three cases are presented with different presenting symptoms and clinical manifestations. Thoracotomy with biopsy of the mass is the only method for arriving at a definitive histologic diagnosis.
