Fiel trial of Quality driven Video Streaming

Abstract: A field trial of Quality driven Video Streaming is described and shows how we can achieve approximately a 40% reduction in byte volume for adaptive constant quality delivery compared to adaptive constant bitrate delivery while maintaining the equivalent overall quality.
