Field-Free High-Frequency Exchange-Spring Spin-Torque Nano-Oscillators

Abstract: Spin-torque nano-oscillators (STNOs) are a type of nanoscale microwave auto-oscillators utilizing spin-torque to generate magnetodynamics with great promise for applications in microwaves, magnetic memory, and neuromorphic computing.
