It is only recently that data have been obtained from single crystals of, for example, YBaCo 3 AlO 7 (Valldor et al, 2008), YBaCo 4 O 7+ (Manuel et al, 2009;Izquierdo et al, 2010), HoBaCo 4 O 7 (Juarez-Arellano et al, 2009), TbBaCo 4 O 7 (Szymczak et al, 2010), YBaCo 3 FeO 7 , CaBaFe 4 O 7 (Hollmann et al, 2011) and YBaMn 3 AlO 7 (Valldor & Breunig, 2011), of which all but YBaCo 4 O 7+ and CaBaFe 4 O 7 are reported as hexagonal at room temperature. A powder sample of the title compound has been reported (Valldor, 2004b), but only its crystal structure and composition were presented.…”
