Fieldwork: What Do TESL Trainee Teachers Benefit?

Abstract: How does real classroom experience provide essential experience for TESL trainee teachers? This paper illustrates the experience gained by TESL trainee teachers through classroom observation and in-depth interviews with the observed teachers.
