In our opinion, the subject of private theory of forensic prevention consists of theoretical, normative, legal and organizational laws of preventive activity; regularities of origin and formation of the bases of preventive activity on the basis of the uniform methodology, the unified conceptual device; restructuring and adjustment of theoretical categories taking into account the constant updating, modernization and modification of special expertise; normative, legal and organizational support of preventive expert activity; common language of scientific terminology and unification of preventive standards, etc.…”
