Abstract

Recent years have seen in both human and veterinary medicine the development of numerous techniques allowing for evaluation and classification of changes in individual organs and tissues.

Diagnostic accuracy of Wright–Giemsa and rhodanine stain protocols for detection and semi‐quantitative grading of copper in canine liver aspirates

Hepatic fine‐needle aspiration is a minimally invasive procedure, especially when compared to the more invasive techniques required to obtain sufficient sample for histologic or quantitative copper evaluation .
