They are usually covered by intact skin that ranges from pink to purple or blue and some may have surface ulceration^.^'^^^ Because of their relatively nondescript appearance, these tumors are rarely diagnosed clinically.6 The differential diagnosis encompasses a large number of benign and malignant skin neoplasms, including hemangioma, lymphangioma, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, dermatofibrosarcoma, granuloma pyogenicum, blue nevus, and malignant melanoma.…”
