Abstract:Poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is widely utilized as the hole transport layer (HTL) inorganic photovoltaics (OPVs) because of its low‐temperature solution processing peculiarity, high optical transmittance, and excellent mechanical flexibility.
