Finite Element Modelling for Lateral Behaviour of Infilled RC Frames with Openings

Abstract: Masonry infills are commonly used in reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures. In this paper a separate finite element modelling method is proposed and used to study the lateral behaviour of single-storey one-bay masonry infilled frames with openings under monotonic horizontal loading.
