FIPAC: Thwarting Fault- and Software-Induced Control-Flow Attacks with ARM Pointer Authentication

Abstract: With the improvements of computing technology, more and more applications in the Internet-of-Things, mobile devices, automotive, or industrial areas embed powerful ARM processors into their devices.
