First person – Michelle Urman

Abstract

First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Biology Open, helping researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Michelle Urman is first author on ‘ Aging disrupts spatiotemporal regulation of germline stem cells and niche integrity’, published in BiO. Michelle is a PhD student in the lab of Dr ChangHwan Lee at University at Albany, New York, investigating cellular/molecular biology focusing on cell–cell signaling.
