Abstract:Buninotus Maldonado Capriles, 1981 and Buninotus palikur Castro-Huertas, Forero & Melo, 2022 (Hemiptera, Reduviidae, Emesinae, Saicini) are recorded from Brazil for the first time. Taxonomic notes on Buninotus and its species are provided mainly based on the examination and photographs of the holotype and paratype of Buninotus niger Maldonado Capriles, 1981.
