First record of Thamnodynastes almae Franco & Ferreira, 2002 (Serpentes, Dipsadidae, Xenodontinae) in the state of Piauí, northeastern Brazil, and updated distribution map

Abstract: We report for the first time the snake Thamnodynastes almae Franco & Ferreira, 2002 in Piauí, northeastern Brazil. Our record is based on two specimens and comprises the 17th known locality for the species.
