“…The representative of this genus, C. destructivum, is the most frequently observed fungal taxon in the leaves of C. secalina. This fungus is an agent of anthracnose disease in soybean (Manandhar et al 1986), snapdragon (Tamioka et al 2011 or curly dock (Liu et al 2017).…”

“…Diseased raspberry leaves with leaf spots were found and collected from raspberry orchards located in Changchun (125.39°E, 43.45°N) in the Jilin Province in China during July and August 2013. Small sections were excised from the margins of foliar lesions, and surface sterilised with 70% ethanol and 1.5% NaOCl for 1 min, and placed on potato dextrose agar (PDA, Difco) (Liu et al 2017a). Spore suspensions were made from PDA cultures subjected to a 12-h photoperiod at 25°C, and mono-conidial strains CCR144, CCR145 and CCR146 were obtained.…”

“…1a) and PDA were also examined or photographed. To assess the cultural characteristics, mycelial plugs (5 mm in diameter) were transferred from the growing edges of 7-day-old cultures onto fresh PDA and SNA plates (Damm et al 2014) and incubated at 25°C under dark conditions (Liu et al 2017a). Colony diameters of strain CGMCC3.19577 were measured after 7 days (Choi et al 2011;Fu et al 2019).…”
