“…The Colletotrichum gloeosporioides species complex is the most diverse group in the genus Colletotrichum , causing anthracnose disease in many economically important crops worldwide and also occurring as asymptomatic endophytes in a broad range of host plants ( Hyde et al, 2009 ; Liu et al, 2022 ; Lu et al, 2004 ).
