Fish Roe-Induced Anaphylaxis in Italy: A Pediatric Case Report

Abstract: Fish roe are not yet described as triggers of allergic reactions in Italy, especially during the pediatric age; they are more frequently involved in anaphylaxis in Eastern countries, such as Japan.
