Fístula biliobronquial tardía asociada a neumotórax

Abstract: Bronchobiliary fistula is an abnormal communication between the bile duct and the bronchial tree. It is a rare entity with a high mortality in the absence of surgical treatment. The etiology is very varied, and the diagnosis is mainly clinical due to the presence of bilioptysis, which is pathognomonic.
