FixedSum: An improved algorithm for generation of weight vectors for decomposition-based multiobjective optimization

Abstract: Many multiobjective optimization algorithms employ weight vectors for decomposing a problem into multiple subproblems by associating each subproblem with a single weight vector (WV).
