Abstract: Four undescribed prenylated flavonoids, sophoratones A–D (1‐4), and 17 known flavonoids, were obtained from the aerial parts of Sophora tonkinensis. Their structures with absolute configurations were elucidated by detailed interpretation of NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and ECD calculations.
