Flexi-time as a predictor of employee performance in public hospital sector: mediating role of work-life balance and job satisfaction

Abstract: This study investigates the mediating role of work-life balance and job satisfaction on the effect of flexi-time on employee performance in public hospitals in East Java, Indonesia. Quantitative analysis was used for data analysis and questionnaires as a data collection technique were disseminated online using Google Forms to 112 employees with census techniques.
