Flexible Work Arrangements and Work–Family Conflict: A Metasynthesis of Qualitative Studies Among Academics

Abstract: Quantitative research has reported variable and inconsistent findings regarding the relationship between flexible work arrangements (FWA) and work-family conflict (WFC).
