Flexible Work Arrangements: Experience of a Malaysian Manufacturing Company

Abstract: Purpose: The demands and the needs of employees prompted the development of flexible work arrangements in the West. Using role conflict theory, the present study examines the relationship between the level of flexible work arrangements and the amount of work-life balance evident in the Malaysian manufacturing sector.
