Flow Numerical Simulation in Various Technologies

Abstract: This paper summarizes some examples of applications of flow numerical simulations in the area of various textile technologies and equipment, as for instance application of vortex tube, fibers production from melted polymer, chemical yarn texturizing by air flow, high-speed bearing. The examples are completed by cases from car industry -independent heater, cavitation in shock absorber.
