Fluorescence assay of dihydroorotate dehydrogenase that may become a cancer biomarker

Abstract: We developed an assay method for measuring dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) activity in cultured HeLa cells and fibroblasts, and in stage III stomach cancer and adjacent normal tissues from the same patient.
