Fluorescence-signal imaging polarimetry for characterization of Mexican honeys

Abstract: A methodology that combines fluorescence spectroscopy, image polarimetry, and an analytical technique for processing experimental data to characterize and classify Mexican monofloral and multifloral honey is presented.
