“…Although multiple species of Pseudomonas (P. poae, P. azotoformans, P. stutzeri, P. syringae, P. lini, and P. psychrophila) were present at low levels (ϳ0.005 to 0.01%) at time zero, only P. lini and P. psychrophila showed a dramatic increase in abundance during phase I.
