Abstract:In this paper, we discuss the most significant application opportunities and outline the challenges in performing a real-time and energy-efficient management of the distributed resources available at mobile devices and Internet-to-Data Center. We also present an energy-efficient adaptive scheduler for Vehicular Fog Computing (VFC) that operates at the edge of a vehicular network, connected to the served Vehicular Clients (VCs) through an Infrastructure-to-Vehicular (I2V) over multiple Foglets (Fls). The scheduler optimizes the energy by leveraging the heterogeneity of Fls, where the Fl provider shapes the system workload by maximizing the task admission rate over data transfer and computation. The presented scheduling algorithm demonstrates that the resulting adaptive scheduler allows scalable and distributed implementation.

A row column Diagonal (RCD) based data security method has been disused here for software defined millimeter wave (SDMW) based 5 th generation (5G) millimeter wave (MW) communication system. The RCD based security method in this research paper discusses encryption and decryption technique for 5G SDMW based cloud computing environment (CCE) and fog computing environment (FCE). The Fog computing is an emerging technology trend and complementing along with Cloud computing. Fog Computing along with Cloud computing considers various emerging applications of ubiquitous computing, Internet of Flying-Things (IoT) and 5G millimeter wave (MW) communication system. FCE also provides data storage for user and groups at personal and professional level along with the application services. In this paper we are discussing, data security need and demand for Fog computing and Cloud computing. RCD based encryption and decryption module is very secure and useful. This proposed security method is easy to develop and integrate in SDMW based 5G millimeter wave (MWe) communications system. This research is promising high quality security for the 5G MW communications system to provide efficient and optimum security.

Abstract. The information system construction has become the focus of the wisdom of urban construction. Multiple applications of information technology has formed the traditional property management, e-government. But between these systems independent of each other to form a plurality of data silos, resulting in mutual degree of integration between the various systems is very low, highlighting the phenomenon of repeated construction, related resources cannot integrate applications. In addition, with the increase in business and applications system to face the massive data storage and improve system scalability requirements. The emergence of cloud computing provides an opportunity to address the issues. Cloud computing technology as a computing model, the important feature is the integration of resources, it is easy to maintain, highly scalable technology capability makes cloud computing more and more attention and application.
