Rare presentation of disseminated follicular lymphoma as an ill-defined reticular patch over the scalp and forehead

When they occur, secondary metastases present with pink to violaceous plaques, papules, and nodules with a predilection for the scalp, face, trunk, and back 3, 4. B‐cell follicular lymphoma presenting as facial papules
