“…First, we used logistic regression to determine if BMI would differentially predict the odds of being food insecure (coded 0 = food secure; coded 1 = food insecure) using the three different food insecurity screeners (Model 1 = USDA-AFSS; Model 2 = Hager short screener; Model 3 = College short screener).
