Food, Rural Heritage, and Tourism in the Local Economy

Abstract: This chapter focuses on the manifestations of the values of the gastronomic cultural heritage in geographically and ethnically different territories in southeastern European countries such as Serbia, Romania, Turkey, and Italy.
