Changing lifestyles, reduced household income, and job insecurity, along with changes in time availability have forced individuals to cope with changes in behavior (Hassen et al, 2021;OECD, 2020), and subsequently, it also affected the amount of food thrown away, including the handling of food in households related to the generation of food waste (Kamble et al, 2021;Vanapalli et al, 2021).
