Food tourism in protected areas – sustainability for producers, the environment and tourism?

Abstract: This study investigates the feasibility of combining environmental protection and an agricultural revitalisation strategy which includes food tourism in two Danish national parks, Mols Bjerge and Skjern Aadal.
