With the development of the social spiritual civilization, people pay more and more attention to physical health. The construction of sports facilities is an important way to improve the national physical quality, which helps to promote the national exercise. So, the demands of sports facilities around the world are in the climax. The blind and crazy expansion of sports facilities can alleviate people’s demand for physical exercise to a certain extent, but there are also risks of environmental damage and economic waste. At present, there is still a lack of scientific guiding theory for the investment decision-making of sports design. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the sports facility’s construction, its investment decision-making research was combed. According to the requirements, construction goal, and the restriction of the sports facility’s construction, the method of multi-objective optimization and attribute decision was studied and adopted to provide guidance for sports facilities investment decisions-making in this article. And sports facilities construction plan in a given area was taken as a study example to verify the effectiveness of the results studied in this paper. The results showed that the application of multi-objective optimization and attribute decision-making methods to guide the investment and construction of sports facilities can improve its economy and reduce environmental pollution.

This manuscript comprehensively examines the development and preliminary validation of a questionnaire designed to assess fitness centers. The study aims to address existing gaps in the literature by providing a standardized tool for evaluating the quality of fitness facilities. The study aims to design, validate, and present a preliminary assessment instrument tailored specifically for fitness centers, encompassing various aspects such as program offerings, facility conditions, and staff competencies. The research methods involved the identification of key indicators affecting fitness center services, followed by the generation and validation of questionnaire items through a rigorous statistical analysis. The research subjects consisted of 119 fitness enthusiasts from Angeles City, Philippines, who actively participated in the validation process. The instruments used in data processing included Likert-style rating scales and statistical methods such as Point Biserial Correlation and t-tests. The analysis of data utilized in data processing led to the retention of 59 questionnaire items, demonstrating significant correlation coefficients. The study's results highlight the reliability and validity of the developed questionnaire as a valuable tool for assessing fitness centers, providing insights into client needs and areas for improvement. In conclusion, the preliminary validation of the questionnaire serves as a crucial step towards enhancing the quality and standards of fitness center services, benefiting both managers and regulatory authorities in ensuring the provision of safe and effective fitness facilities.

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of university sports environment perception on academic motivation. A total of 206 students studying at various faculties of Bayburt University participated in the research. In the study, the “Personal Information Form” created by the researchers to determine the demographic information of university students, the “University Sports Environment Scale” to determine the university sports environment, and the “Academic Motivation Scale” to determine the academic motivation levels were used. The analysis of the obtained data was made in the statistical program (SPSS 25). According to the results obtained, it was determined that male participants had higher perception levels of university sports environment and academic motivation levels compared to female participants. In the analysis of the data according to the age variable, it was determined that the participants in the age group of 24 and over had higher perception levels of the university sports environment than the participants in the 20-21 age group. When the data were analyzed according to the faculties of the participants, it was found that the participants in the faculty of sports sciences had higher perception levels of the university sports environment compared to the participants in the vocational school. When the correlation between Academic Motivation and University Sports Environment Perception is examined, it is seen that there is a positive and significant relationship between University Sports Environment Perception and Academic Motivation, and all of the University Sports Environment sub-dimensions are the predictors of organizational happiness.
